We are currently seeking the right person to join our team as a Distribution Center Administrative Assistant, based in our Lebanon, TN Distribution Center. This position will be responsible for supporting operations and administrative tasks in alignment with facility needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Support operations and administrative tasks including screening, indexing, classifying, storing and disseminating information and/or reports and material ensuring conformity with relevant procedures and integrity.

  • Assist in the organization of data from various sources, evaluates and analyzes data, prepares detailed information and recommendations for projects, presentations and meetings.

  • Assist with the development, editing, formatting, proofreading of department materials in Microsoft Office and other specialized software.

  • Support the maintenance of vendor relationships, procuring office supplies and ensuring the upkeep of general office needs.

  • Answer and transfer incoming calls in a professional manner; direct calls to the appropriate associate or department, take a message or transfer to the appropriate associate’s voicemail when necessary

  • Maintain compliant building access for visitors, customers, and new associates. Greet and support visitors and customers; alert associates when they have a visitor

  • Partner with building leadership on engagement, committee involvement, safety and training needs

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school degree combined with 2+ years of previous administrative experience

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate across all levels of the organization

  • Previous experience reading and reviewing financial and related documents strongly preferred

  • High level of integrity and professionalism, to include the appropriate handling of confidential information

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel

  • Strong customer service skills, working with both internal and external customers

  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, with the necessary time management skills to prioritize and complete a variety of tasks throughout the day

Pay Range:

$15.00 - $23.79

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
