Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with functional leaders in different regions to coordinate and manage allocated local resources, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget for Applied SmartFactory FullAuto, Real Time Scheduling, and Reporting solutions releases.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to local team members to support the completion of assigned solution engineering tasks.
  • Supervise direct reports locally to facilitate effective performance management, employee development, and retention.

Functional Knowledge

  • Prior knowledge and experience in Applied APF RTD and Activity Manager a big plus.
  • Must have an understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
  • Comfortable with hands-on tools like Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket or Git, JFrog, etc.
  • Understanding of SQL and relational database design.
  • Experience with Windows and RHEL is preferred.

  • Provides clear direction and guidance to the local HR team in accordance with established policies and management objectives.
