This is a demanding position involving the management of a team of drivers/deliverers responsible for the pickups and deliveries of sensitive shipments in the region. (Temperature-controlled, regulated products, dedicated and urgent transports, etc.)
Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily transport operations with company drivers and subcontractors
Plan and schedule collections and deliveries efficiently, ensuring on-time performance
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing professional and timely communication
Ensure compliance with internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Adhere to internal policies and GDP (Good Distribution Practice) requirements
Coordinate with service partners for vehicle maintenance and repairs
Use internal systems (e.g., TMS, Dash Portal) accurately for planning, tracking, and reporting

Ability and Requirements:
Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, or transportation coordination
Strong communication skills in English (minimum: professional conversational level)
Strong communication skills in German (fluent level or native speaker)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work under pressure and manage time-sensitive operations
Familiarity with transport management systems (TMS) is an advantage
