Team Global Express NZ delivers freight forwarding, end-to-end transport services, and comprehensive logistics solutions to customers operating in New Zealand from Kaitaia to Invercargill.
Shift: Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm
About the role - Mō te tūranga
As a Bulkfeeds Dispatcher, you’ll coordinate daily Bulkfeeds deliveries by planning fleet schedules, managing delivery volumes, and ensuring clear communication across drivers, operations, and branch teams.
Key duties:
- Planning and managing Bulkfeeds customer delivery volumes to meet daily operational requirements
- Allocating fleet resources using TGE systems to optimise delivery schedules and utilisation
- Preparing delivery plans before fleet arrival to support efficient turnaround
- Liaising with Transport, Customer, and Branch teams to align delivery expectations
- Monitoring fleet capacity and capability to meet collection and delivery requirements
- Supporting the Bulkfeeds Manager with transport administration and reporting as required

- Clean Full NZ Class 1 License – must have
- Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, or transport coordination
- Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Clear communication skills and confidence working with drivers, operations, and customers
- Sound computer skills and ability to work with transport management systems
- A proactive, team‑focused approach with strong attention to detail
- Commitment to safety, compliance, and doing things the right way
