AIRBUS offer more than 70 vacancies for our full time graduate program in Spain - #Discover II 2026/2027 - Starting date 5th October 2026 until 1st October 2027.
We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.
The selection process will be during April 2026 until July 2026.
What does this internship consists in?
Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (Discover) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.
You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to Discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background. The start of the internship will be in early October 2026, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.

As a Supply Chain Quality professional, you will ensure the highest quality standards are met throughout the supply chain for Airbus Operations SL, contributing to the safety and reliability of our products.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality control processes and procedures across the supply chain, from supplier selection to final product delivery.
- Conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure compliance with Airbus quality requirements, industry standards, and regulatory frameworks.
- Investigate and resolve quality issues, non-conformities, and root causes within the supply chain, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate closely with procurement, engineering, manufacturing, and logistics teams to integrate quality aspects into all supply chain activities.
- Analyze quality data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and risks.
- Participate in the qualification and monitoring of new suppliers and materials.
* Ensure adherence to all relevant aerospace quality management systems (e.g., AS/EN 9100).
- Prepare and present quality reports and performance reviews to management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain quality domain.

As a successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of any other language is a plus.
- Project management skills are desirable.
