AIRBUS offer more than 70 vacancies for our full time graduate program in Spain - #Discover II 2026/2027 - Starting date 5th October 2026 until 1st October 2027.


We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.


The selection process will be during April 2026 until July 2026.

What does this internship consists in?

Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (Discover) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.

You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to Discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background. The start of the internship will be in early October 2026, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.

Internship Job Description:
Airbus Operations SL is seeking a proactive Supply Chain Quality DISCOVER II to contribute to the continuous improvement and assurance of quality across our supply chain, ensuring adherence to aerospace standards and company policies.

Job Responsibilities


- Support the implementation and monitoring of quality management systems throughout the supply chain.
- Conduct supplier quality audits and assessments to ensure compliance with Airbus requirements and industry regulations.
- Analyze quality data, identify trends, and propose corrective and preventive actions for supply chain quality issues.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams (e.g., procurement, engineering, manufacturing) to resolve non-conformities and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in the qualification and selection of new suppliers, assessing their quality capabilities and risks.
- Develop and maintain quality documentation, procedures, and standards relevant to the supply chain.
- Support the investigation of root causes for quality escapes and ensure effective implementation of solutions.
- Contribute to the definition and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) for supply chain quality.
- Provide training and guidance to suppliers on Airbus quality requirements and best practices.
