Starting date 5th October 2026 until 1st October.
We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.
The selection process will be during April 2026 until July 2026.
What does this internship consists in?
Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (Discover) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.
You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to Discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.
The start of the internship will be in early October 2026, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.We are seeking a highly analytical and decisive MRO Program Compliance Manager to join our Programs Office. In this role, you will act as the strategic link between Program Management and MRO Operations. Your primary mission is to ensure strict adherence to the established maintenance plans and to make sure the budget allocated to MRO activities is maximized in terms of efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Oversight (Plan Monitoring)
Ensure MRO activities are executed according to the strategic maintenance roadmap. Monitor MRO KPIs to guarantee service levels and operational milestones are met.
Strategic Arbitration (Decision Making)
Act as the primary arbitrator between Program requirements and MRO operational constraints. Evaluate the financial and operational consequences of any changes to the program scope.
Financial Governance (Cost Controlling)
Monitor and steer the MRO budget to ensure strict alignment with approved programs. Identify and investigate discrepancies between planned spend and actual execution.
Continuous Improvement
Streamline the interface between the Programs Office and MRO operations. Provide data-driven insights to optimize future budgeting and resource planning.

Academic Background: Recent graduate in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Industrial Management, or a related quantitative field.
Analytical Foundation: Strong ability to work with numbers, interpret data, and understand financial/operational logic.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to coordinate stakeholders and report to Head of Programs.
Proactive Mindset: Proactive mentality, structural thinking, and accountability ownership.
Level B2 English
