AIRBUS offer more than 70 vacancies for our full time graduate program in Spain- #Discover II 2026/2027 Starting date 5 th October 2026 until 1st October. We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.
The selection process will be during April 2026 until July 2026.
What does this internship consists in?
Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (Discover) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future. You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to Discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background. The start of the internship will be in early October 2026, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.
Internship Job Description:
We are looking for an analytical, proactive, and eager-to-learn profile to join our Aipower Operations Finance-Controlling team at Airbus Defence & Space. The objective of this position is to provide support in the monitoring and analysis of operational costs, actively participating in the financial management of the Operations function.
We are looking for someone who wants to understand the profitability of the business from the ground up, learning how operating expenses are transformed into key performance indicators (KPIs).
This is a comprehensive training program where you will specialize in the Operations Controlling area, covering topics such as:
Cost management at source: Analysis and monitoring of expenses by cost center.
Cost allocation analysis: Breakdown of applied costs per product/service.
Unit costs: Calculation and monitoring of specific costs (e.g., costs per aircraft/unit).
Reporting and recurring activities: Participation in the monthly closing cycle, preparation of management reports, and other key tasks within the Controlling department.

Education: Final-year student or recent graduate in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.
Office Software: Proficiency in general office tools.
Excel Level: User level (handling of basic formulas, pivot tables, and data management).
PowerPoint Level: User level (ability to create clear and structured presentations).
Skills: Analytical capacity, attention to detail, curiosity about operational processes, and a proactive attitude toward learning.
Level B2 English
