AIRBUS offer more than 70 vacancies for our full time graduate program in Spain -#Discover II 2026/2027 – Starting date 5th October 2026 until 1st October.

We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.

The selection process will be during April 2026 until July 2026.

What does this internship consists in?

Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (Discover) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.

You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to Discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.

The start of the internship will be in early October 2026, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.

Are you a recent graduate looking to understand how security, geopolitics, and business operations intersect in a global environment? We are seeking an analytical and proactive Intern to join our Business Security area.

You will participate in the team dynamics acting as a transversal link across various programs, gaining a unique "big picture" view of how security regulations and organizational cultures shape business operations. You will work within a transnational department, participating in cross-functional and cross-national activities that impact our global footprint.

You will be integrated into the Business Security area within Corporate Security organization, serving as a transversal observer and contributor to multiple programs. Your contribution will focus on:

  • Process Harmonization: Collaborating with different teams to align security practices and ensure compliance.

  • Improvement Projects: Supporting initiatives designed to increase operational efficiency and deepen the organization's understanding of security activities.

  • Risk Assessment: Assist in identifying and documenting security risks.

This role offers a steep learning curve in high-level strategic areas:

  • Security Management: Deep knowledge of diverse security regulations and their practical application.

  • Strategic Intelligence: Understanding the impact of the geopolitical context on information security and operating models.

  • Risk Management: Practical methodology for identifying, assessing, and mitigating security risks.

  • Business Operations: Insight into how organizational culture and business needs drive security decisions.

  • Operational Excellence: Experience in applying improvement methodologies and tracking performance through KPIs.

It is an opportunity to understand how the global geopolitical landscape dictates security measures and how these measures, in turn, impact our operating models.

Required skills #AirbusDiversity

As a successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

- Degree in Security Management or Engineering (aerospace, telecommunications, industrial or similar fields).

- Advanced level of English and Spanish (verbal and written). French and German would be a plus.

- Ideally, initial experience in risk management.

- Knowledge of MS-Office or Google Workspace products.

- Ability to deliver effective presentations.

- Knowledge in process automatization and Artificial Intelligent is desired.

- Analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Commitment, initiative, teamwork and collaborative skills.

- Ability to work in complex and international environments.

- Attraction to and interest in security, geopolitics and defense industry.

- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
