Role Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Director of Product Management to lead the transformation of Arctic Wolf’s Concierge Security™ service from an internally delivered human-led model to one that is digital first and scalable through Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs) in addition to our internal team.
This role will define the vision, strategy, and execution for enabling channel partners to deliver Concierge Services effectively, supported by robust tooling, enablement, and service delivery frameworks. With your Product Management background and channel knowledge and experience, you will collaborate across Product, Engineering, Service Delivery, Partner Enablement, Training, and Go-to-Market teams to ensure successful evolution and commercialisation of the new hybrid service model.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Transformation
•     Define and drive the product strategy for transitioning Concierge Security™ to a hybrid internal and channel-delivered model while maintaining the value of this market differentiation for the business.
•     Develop and maintain a roadmap that aligns with business goals, partner capabilities, and customer outcomes.
•     Collaborate with service and business leadership to align transformation efforts with corporate strategy and market positioning.

Qualifications Required

•     10+ years of product management experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or service-based businesses.
•     Proven success in leading product transformations or channel enablement initiatives.
•     Strong understanding of service delivery models, partner ecosystems, and customer success frameworks.
•     Technical aptitude to understand infrastructure, APIs, and service orchestration.
•     Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence across all levels.

Preferred

•     Experience with managed detection and response (MDR), SOAR, or security operations platforms.
•     Familiarity with partner certification programs and enablement tooling.
•     MBA or advanced degree in business, technology, or related field.
Travel Requirements
•     Typically, 10% or less of business travel.
