Job Description & Summary: As a Director within the Power practice of the Resource Transformation practice, you will be pivotal to drive business in identified areas of focus. In addition to this, you will also develop and manage a team. The job would be focussed on newer areas within the Power sector such as implementation of AI, cost takeouts, revenue uplift, program management of digital transformation initiatives, strategy, transactions and due-diligence around new age technologies. We are looking at someone with experience in consulting, strategy or operations in the above identified sectors/ areas of focus.

Responsibilities:

Roles and responsibilities · Identify white spaces and create a GTM · Account and stakeholder management · Drive business development and engagement delivery · Develop and lead a small team · Be a go-getter with a growth mindset and solution based selling approach with a deeper understanding of consulting sales · Immediate joiners/ joiners in 30 days preferable. Experience: Min. 10+ years of Consulting experience or 12+ years of Industry experience, in any of the following areas · Sector - Power, Utilities, Infrastructure, Electric OEMs · Areas - Consulting, AI, Digital transformation, Strategy, Due-diligence, Market entry, Investments, Operations - Process/ cost/ revenue transformation

Mandatory skill sets:

Renewable energy, Consulting background, Smart Metering, ERP, Power distribution

Preferred skill sets:

· Good communication skills; executive presence · Good analytical and problem solving skills · Team building ; people skills

B.E./ B.Tech + MBA (Top 15-20 institutes only)
