What you’ll be doing

As the Director, Talent Digital Solutions, you will play a critical role in shaping and advancing the digital enablement of our Talent function at CIBC. You will lead cross-functional initiatives to design, optimize, and deliver best-in-class Talent digital solutions, transforming fragmented and manual processes to deliver a unified, automated, and data-driven employee experience. Your leadership will ensure our technology strategies and programs align with CIBC’s business priorities, drive engagement, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.

How you’ll succeed

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive talent digital solutions roadmap in alignment with enterprise and People, Culture and Talent strategic priorities.
  • Digital Transformation: Lead the assessment, selection, and implementation of market-leading platforms to unify and modernize Talent processes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with HR, Technology, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery of digital initiatives.
  • Data & Insights: Leverage analytics, employee feedback, and industry best practices to inform decisions and measure the impact of talent digital solutions.
  • Change Management: Drive adoption of new talent digital tools and processes that enhance employee and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor trends, proactively recommend enhancements, and foster a culture of innovation.
  • AI & Automation: Leverage modern AI capabilities and automation to advance employee experiences.
