What you’ll be doing

As a Growth Manager, you will own customer and portfolio growth across Simplii Financials’ banking products and related offerings. You’ll operate at the intersection of customer insights, analytics, product strategy, and lifecycle execution, using data to drive measurable P&L impact. This is a highly analytical role designed for someone who is comfortable owning business outcomes, working with financial forecasts, and translating customer behavior into measurable results.

At Simplii Financial, we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 2–3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.

How you'll succeed

  • Own portfolio growth and P&L performance, including balances, inflows/outflows, retention and CAC; partner with Finance on forecasting, planning and performance management.

  • Lead lifecycle and funnel optimization, identifying friction points across acquisition, funding, engagement and retention to improve conversion and customer value.

  • Translate customer data into growth insights, leveraging cohort analysis, experiments, A/B and multivariate tests, dashboards and performance metrics to inform priorities. Maintain an experimentation backlog prioritized by impact, confidence, and effort; and translate learnings into scalable recommendations for product, marketing, and lifecycle strategies.

  • Drive experimentation and growth strategy, developing hypotheses, prioritizing testing, and scaling learnings across product, marketing and lifecycle programs.

  • Influence product and campaign roadmaps, partnering with Product Managers and Marketing to shape priorities, offers, features, and go to market strategies. Ensure alignment of campaigns and product launches with customer needs, performance goals, and regulatory requirements, and monitor post-launch performance to recommend optimizations.

  • Collaborate across the organization, working with Analytics, Product, Sales, Marketing, CX, Legal and Compliance to enable responsible, customer-first growth.

Who you are

  • A data-driven growth leader with experience owning customer, revenue and/or portfolio outcomes.

  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity, prioritizing effort and influencing cross-functional partners.

  • Strong communicator who can translate complex insights into clear recommendations for stakeholders across teams and seniority.

  • Experience in financial services, fintech or regulated environments is an asset; familiarity with SQL, experimentation and analytics tools is a plus.

  • You act like an owner, put clients first and engage with purpose to find the right solutions.

  • You thrive when you’re empowered to take the lead, go above and beyond and deliver results.

  • Values matter to you. You bring your real self to work and you live our values - trust, teamwork, and accountability.
