The Director, Supply Chain Integration will provide the leadership required for continuous improvement within the category, focusing on initiative execution, cost management, commercialization, innovation execution, and the effectiveness of the S&OP/IBP program. In this role, you will be responsible for integrating operations and initiatives across the entire value chain and category. You will oversee cross-functional supply chain execution, including initiative ownership, coordination, and communication. You will work closely with category, R&D, supply chain, and production teams. Ultimately, you will be the key resource for the Category Vice President regarding operational initiatives.
You will play an integration role within the organization to ensure effective execution of initiatives across supply chain, sales, and marketing for the category. This role also includes applying the LEAP component of operational and IBP processes—a proven, cutting-edge business management approach. Strong leadership skills in collaboration, project management, teamwork, and establishing effective management practices/processes/KPIs are essential.

Salary range 008: $133,500 to $166,900 (Base salary will be determined based on academic background, experience, training, and job-related skills)
What this role involves:
As a member of the Supply Chain Planning & Integration function within Operations, work with the category to ensure effective end-to-end supply chain initiative management across the organization and operations, including production, logistics, and supply chain planning.
Promote improvement in initiative management processes and COGS transformation to achieve category and organizational business objectives.
Be responsible for capacity management within the supply and demand planning process for the category.
Be responsible for planning across the end-to-end value chain of the category/organization for the supply chain.
Act as a key integrator for commercialization, NPI (New Product Introduction), and product innovation (R&D) initiatives within the organization.
Implement project management for supply chain operations and overall category support, including responsibility for the master project list.
Support execution of the IBP and LEAP processes for the category.
Support recommendations for the creation, justification, and implementation of all investment projects.
Support achievement of all operational KPIs, including those related to commercialization, innovation, cost savings, forecast accuracy, and service.
What you need to join our team:
Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or Business Administration
Minimum of 10 years in management roles within operations or supply chain
Strong understanding of production and supply chain network
Solid project management skills
High level of autonomy and ability to navigate ambiguity
Ability to identify and close gaps against plans
