ROLE SUMMARY
The Director of Site Supply Operations & Strategy is a key member of the North Creek Site Leadership Team, accountable for leading master production scheduling, materials management (planning, procurement, and purchasing), warehouse operations, site project management, and site-level business strategy.
This role partners closely with all functional leaders to ensure reliable materials and product supply, effective resource planning, and seamless execution of operational objectives. In addition to overseeing core Supply Operations, the Director leads the Site Project Management Office and drives site-wide strategic initiatives. This includes identifying and assessing strategic opportunities that enhance North Creek’s value within the PGS network, developing business cases, and cultivating strong relationships with external stakeholders and network partners.
As a member of the leadership team, this position requires exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, along with strong business and financial acumen. Through strategic insight and operational excellence, this role advances North Creek’s mission of delivering breakthroughs that improve patients’ lives.
What You Will Achieve
In this role, you will:
Provide strategic leadership for Site Supply Operations, including Materials Planning, Production Scheduling, Materials Management and Warehouse operations to ensure reliable supply for clinical and commercial manufacturing.
Oversee development of the master production schedule and site master plan, driving capacity planning, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies across the operation.
Lead site S&OP process, ensuring alignment between demand, supply, finance, and network expectations.
Direct the Site Project Management Office (PMO) and works with site leadership team in setting project priorities, ensuring strong governance, and enabling successful execution of high‑impact cross‑functional initiatives.
Drive site level business strategy by identifying opportunities, developing business cases, and works closely with Site Head in representing North Creek within the broader PGS network.
Provide financial leadership through development and management of Supply Operations and PMO budgets, inventory strategies, and cost‑optimization initiatives.
Oversee warehouse operations across North Creek and satellite locations to ensure compliant material handling, efficient logistics, and effective storage capacity management.
Oversee site ERP systems, master data integrity, and digital platforms to ensure accurate data, and compliant operations.
Drives a culture of continuous improvement across Supply Operations, strengthening operational performance, compliance, and transparency.
Serve as a primary liaison across internal departments and external partners, ensuring effective communication of forecasts, material requirements, supply risks, and operational impacts.
Lead, coach, and develop high‑performing teams across Supply Operations, Materials Planning, Warehouse, and Project Management, fostering talent growth and organizational capability.
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
Applicant must have a bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of experience; OR a master's degree with at least 7 years of experience; OR a PhD with 5+ years of experience
In‑depth knowledge of site supply chain functions, including warehouse operations, master production scheduling, materials planning, procurement, and purchasing.
Proven ability to apply strong business and financial acumen to support strategic and operational decision‑making.
Experience supporting commercial product launches and associated supply chain readiness.
Demonstrated knowledge of global manufacturing regulations, cGMP requirements, and industry best practices.
Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)
Experience leveraging AI‑enabled tools, analytics, and automation to improve business processes, strengthen decision‑making, or optimize supply chain operations
Experience working within an integrated enterprise planning system (SAP preferred).

NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
Limited off-hours work may be necessary based on operational needs.
Ability to travel, including international travel, to support business and network priorities.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $176,600.00 to $294,300.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
