About The Role

The Director of Sales is responsible for accelerating revenue across the Sixteenth business. This includes brand partnerships and long term programs for our Creator roster. This leader owns the full sales lifecycle within a fast moving, relationship driven environment. They bring a deep understanding of the Creator economy, a strong network of brand and agency partners, and a passion for connecting Creators and brands in ways that elevate careers and drive impact. This person partners closely with Talent Management, Operations, Legal, and Whalar Group teams to deliver best in class work at scale.

Here’s What You’ll Do Day-To-Day

  • Build and execute a revenue strategy that supports Sixteenth
  • Lead outbound and inbound sales pipelines across Creator programs, agency campaigns, and multi month ambassadorships
  • Develop and maintain relationships with brand partners, agencies, platforms, and entertainment companies
  • Create pitch materials and strategic POVs that match brand needs with Creator strengths and agency capabilities
  • Collaborate with Talent Managers to identify new business opportunities for individual Creators
  • Work with agency production and strategy teams to package and pitch scalable influencer marketing programs
  • Own revenue forecasting, pipeline reporting, and pacing across both streams of business
  • Negotiate deal terms and partner with Legal on scopes, usage, timelines, and compensation
  • Coordinate with Whalar Group teams to align on cross company opportunities and integrated campaigns
  • Represent Sixteenth at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to uphold a strong sales culture

Here’s What We’re Looking For

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in Creator sales, influencer marketing, brand partnerships, media, or entertainment
  • Proven track record of driving revenue across both roster based partnerships and scalable campaign work
  • Strong relationships with brand and agency decision makers across categories
  • Deep understanding of platform trends and the Creator marketplace
  • Exceptional pitching, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a high volume, fast paced environment
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across Talent, Legal, Strategy, Production, and Operations
  • Genuine interest in Creators, culture, and long term career building
