Role Overview
The Director, Sales Consultants is a senior global leader responsible for building, developing, and leading the Sales Consultant organization. This role drives technical sales excellence, strengthens value-based selling capabilities, and partners across Sales, Enablement, and Solutions teams to increase win rates and revenue growth.
This person will serve as the functional and technical subject matter expert on Aven’s Hospitality products and ensures strong solution positioning across new prospects and renewals worldwide.
