Your Moneris Career - The Opportunity
You will be responsible for defining and executing the strategic direction, commercial performance, and product delivery for Moneris' Distribution Partnerships segment. You will ensure alignment with organizational goals by managing partner-led acquisition channels, embedded payment models, and integrated solutions, while driving profitability and market competitiveness.
Location: You will be based in our Etobicoke office, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.
Reporting Relationship: You will report to VP, Products, Core Products
Your Moneris Career - What you'll do
- Define a multi-year strategy for the Distribution Partnerships segment. This strategy should evolve to incorporate market positioning, segment architecture, partner models, partner experience, product performance, go-to-market (GTM) plans, and commercial outcomes. Finally, implement this strategy. Translate market insights, competitive trends, and commercial objectives into a prioritized roadmap.
- Oversee the end-to-end life cycle for partner-distributed products, including discovery, requirements, launch, and iterative improvement. Ensure seamless execution with Technology and other functions, allowing partners with scalable, reliable, and differentiated products that meet segment needs.
- Own the financial performance (P&L) for the Distribution Partnerships segment, ensuring visibility into revenue, cost drivers, profitability, and growth levers. Use data-driven insights to optimize pricing, performance, and partner contribution, while maintaining financial accountability and alignment across Sales, Product, and Technology teams.
- Oversee the full product lifecycle for partner-facing and partner-distributed products, from opportunity assessment through launch and iterative improvement.
- Lead and develop a cross-functional team of Product Managers and Strategy professionals, setting clear priorities and ensuring strong execution across the portfolio. Build capabilities, drive alignment, and reinforce high standards for product discipline and partner-centric delivery.
- Shape GTM strategies in partnership with Marketing, Sales, and Partner Enablement teams to maximize market reach.
Your Moneris Career - What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
- We consider a Master's degree (MBA) a strong asset.
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management.
- Minimum 3 years in a leadership or people management role.
- Understanding of FinTech and payment technologies, including partner-integrated models (ISV, ISO, PayFac, embedded payments).
