Job Description Summary:

At The Coca-Cola Company, we refresh the world and make a difference by fueling growth through innovation, data-driven insights, and a deep commitment to creating value across our global system.

In this role, you will shape, enhance, and deliver critical Finance and Operational technology solutions that empower our business to move faster, make smarter decisions, and operate with greater accuracy and agility.

You will join a team that supports The Coca-Cola Company’s mission of driving sustainable business performance, ensuring our system continues to operate with excellence across forecasting, reporting, operations, and data-driven decision making.

We are looking for a collaborative, inclusive, and forward-thinking leader who thrives at the intersection of technology, analytics, and business transformation.

You will work closely with stakeholders across Finance, Technology, Operations, and our broader enterprise system to co-create solutions, champion innovation, and ensure the stability of our most essential platforms. If you excel at translating strategy into execution, enjoy mentoring teams, and can lead with both empathy and rigor, this role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact across one of the world’s most iconic brands.

What You’ll Do for Us

  • Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of Finance and Operational system enhancements and data analytics capabilities that support the North America Operating Unit.
  • Provide hands-on leadership over end-to-end delivery of product roadmaps, ensuring solutions are efficient, reliable, and aligned with business value.
  • Oversee prioritization, resource planning, capacity management, financial tracking, delivery progress, and value realization across the product portfolio.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional leaders in Finance, Technology, Operations, and business units to understand business needs, identify dependencies, manage risks, and drive strategic alignment.
  • Champion agile ways of working, implementing modern product delivery approaches that accelerate speed-to-value and improve reliability of existing and emerging solutions.
  • Ensure operational excellence across critical platforms such as enterprise resource planning systems, forecasting tools, reporting applications, and data environments.
  • Enable teams to adopt new and emerging technologies—including artificial intelligence, automation, advanced analytics, and modern data platforms—to maximize business impact.
  • Model leadership behaviors, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, transparency, and curiosity.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders by translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for decision-makers.
  • Drive change management and capability building to support organizational adoption of new digital tools, processes, and analytics capabilities.
  • Maintain a strong external perspective on technology trends, digital capabilities, and data management approaches to ensure Coca-Cola remains ahead of the industry.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master of Business Administration or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in product delivery, system implementation, data analytics, or large-scale technology project leadership.
  • Demonstrated expertise leading cross-functional delivery teams in a highly matrixed enterprise environment.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities with the ability to build trusted partnerships and influence at all levels.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technology solutions through strategic thinking, structured problem solving, and user-centric design principles.
  • Experienced in agile methodologies, product management frameworks, and iterative delivery practices.
  • Executive-level communication skills, including the ability to simplify technical concepts and deliver insights that enable decision-making.
  • Hands-on knowledge of enterprise Finance systems (such as enterprise resource planning platforms, financial consolidation tools, and operational applications) and modern data environments (including cloud-based solutions, data lakes, and relational databases).
  • Strong fluency in analytics, reporting tools, visualization platforms, and data management practices.
  • Experience implementing or supporting scalable technologies such as automation, machine learning, workflow orchestration, or predictive forecasting tools.
  • Proven ability to drive organizational change and capability building across diverse user groups.
  • Demonstrated leadership behaviors aligned with Coca-Cola’s enterprise capabilities, including system thinking, inclusivity, influencing without authority, and championing continuous improvement.
  • High digital fluency, with comfort learning and applying modern artificial intelligence–enabled tools used across the company (e.g., generative AI platforms).
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, make informed trade-off decisions, and balance near-term operational needs with long-term strategic value.

What We’ll Do for You

  • Provide access to a global company where innovation, purpose-driven work, and career development are core to the employee experience.
  • Support your growth through leadership development, digital capability building, and opportunities to work on impactful initiatives across regions and functions.
  • Create an inclusive environment where diverse perspectives are valued and where you can contribute your unique strengths to help shape the future of The Coca-Cola Company.
