  • Demonstrated success in owning both organic and paid growth strategies, including SEO/AEO, paid search, and paid social, with accountability for measurable business outcomes.
  • Deep expertise in search-driven discoverability, technical SEO, content architecture, and emerging AI/LLM-driven answer engines.
  • Strong paid media leadership experience, including budgeting, forecasting, and optimization at scale across Google, Bing, and LinkedIn.

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives across global teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) or equivalent senior leadership training.
  • Experience establishing governance frameworks for SEO, paid media, content quality, compliance, and emerging channels.
