Catapult acquired football analytics leader IMPECT in October 2025. A critical component of this product is our Packing Sports Corporation (PSC), based in the Philippines, where our data operations are headquartered. As we drive the next phase of integration, we are seeking a Country HR Lead to serve as the strategic architect and bridge between our PSC operations and Catapult’s Global People & Culture (HR) practices.

Reporting to the Vice President, People & Culture (Melbourne), you will lead the evolution of the P&C function in the Philippines. You will provide the strategic "north star" for an established local team, offering the mentorship and leadership necessary to empower their daily operational excellence. Your focus will be on building a unified employee experience, ensuring our 450+ local team members are seamlessly connected to Catapult’s global mission and performance standards.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead the seamless transition of Packing Sports (PSC) operations into Catapult’s global P&C framework, ensuring a unified approach to culture, policy, and performance standards.
  • Act as the primary strategic partner to the VP of P&C and Impect leadership, translating high-level global business objectives into impactful local HR initiatives.
  • Partner with P&C senior leadership to connect and translate Catapult’s people practices at a local level. 
  • Take a lead role in embedding Catapult’s core values within the PSC operation, continuously assessing organizational needs and coaching managers to champion our culture.
  • Lead country-level facilities strategy, ensuring our workplaces support Health and Safety standards, culture, employee experience and operational excellence.
  • Move beyond traditional administrative HR to design and implement innovative talent development and retention strategies built for a high-growth, global environment.
  • Design and deliver targeted solutions for organizational design, performance management, and succession planning. 
  • Employ a rigorous, data-driven approach to P&C, utilizing people analytics to identify trends, mitigate risks, and inform executive decision-making.
  • Partner with the VP of P&C to inspire and mentor the regional HR team, providing the leadership and coaching required to deliver a high-performing service model.
  • Build and maintain high-trust relationships with key stakeholders across the Philippines, Australia, and the EMEA region to ensure regional alignment with global goals.
  • Oversee all employee-related initiatives within the region, providing high-level "hands-on" support to leaders and teams during critical moments of change.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • A proven track record as a Senior Business Partner, with the commercial mindset to translate global business goals into localized HR strategy.
  • Experience working within the Philippine employment landscape. 
  • Experience leading within an international organisation or delivering HR integration in a global context, ideally within a fast paced SaaS or high growth technology environment.
  • Experience partnering and leading in high-volume operational workforces (such as BPO, shared services, or data operations), with a strong understanding of attrition dynamics, workforce planning, and employee engagement in shift-based environments.
  • Exceptional ability to build high-trust relationships across time zones and cultures (US, DE, UK, AU, PH). You are comfortable navigating the flexibility required for global operations while maintaining boundaries for yourself and your team.
  • Experience designing and scaling people initiatives, including org design, performance frameworks, and people analytics, to support a rapidly evolving workforce.
  • A passion for mentoring and elevating existing HR teams. You can balance "moving fast" with a thoughtful, inclusive approach to change management and employee belonging.
  • The confidence to provide thought leadership and clear, data-driven advice to regional leaders and senior P&C leadership. 
  • You are both a strategist and a "doer," capable of managing complex, parallel projects with a high degree of proactivity and organization.
