As part of the Leadership Group, you will help make a positive impact through the support you provide to your team and the outcomes they deliver for the people we serve. You will feel great satisfaction knowing your guidance, expertise, and commitment are helping others grow while making a difference in people’s lives.

This will be a full-time, permanent position based in the Sydney office, with flexibility to work from home up to 2 days a week once training has been completed.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage stakeholder expectations, team priorities and resources to deliver strong outcomes.
  • Lead team performance in line with BU targets, including KRAs and revenue goals.
  • Coach, develop and performance manage team members, including workload oversight and appraisals.
  • Drive a collaborative, customer-focused operating model using feedback and performance insights.
  • Identify development needs and deliver targeted learning initiatives.
  • Lead continuous improvement, respond to industry changes and manage escalations or disputes effectively.

ABOUT YOU

  • Proven experience leading, mentoring and driving team performance.
  • Strong client relationship management skills, with the ability to resolve issues confidently.
  • Strategic thinker who can navigate complex issues and deliver practical solutions.
  • Excellent communication, time management and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid knowledge of injury management, premium calculations and claims costs.
  • Strong understanding of NSW Workers Compensation legislation and specialised insurer requirements.
