Position Summary

Who you are: You will serve as the primary day-to-day client contact on a specific piece(s) of business. This role involves deep client vertical knowledge which leads to managing the account, developing and executing innovative search media plans that address the client’s strategic objectives. You will also be responsible for the development of strong paid search teams leading the execution of world-class search programs.

Responsibilities

· Key participant in strategic search planning and execution

· Accountable for campaign performance and meeting client goals.

· Demonstrates ability to present and sell strategies/plans through to the client.

· Ability to provide thought leadership in an evolving Search landscape.

· Identifies additional opportunities and partners with VP/SVP to up-sell and cross-sell to the client.

· Relationship liaison between the client, the partner agency and the search practice.

· Develops client / partner agency presentations alongside the VP/SVP and contributes to enterprise level strategy.

· Supports external Business Development and Marketing initiatives such as sales pitches, case studies, etc.

· Accountable for setting expectations, providing feedback, and developing the team.

· Ensures team has received all tools and training to excel in their roles. This includes but is not limited to our own SOURCE training and MSFT Excel.

· Oversees the day to day use of Asana (project management software) and implementation of our SOURCE guides to deliver a best-in-class product that also optimizes workflow.

 

Required Skills & Experience

· Ability to judge and quantify results of media efforts placed on behalf of our clients (i.e., understand/describe impact of results, compare actual results to needs of client) and the ability to translate this data into a story

· Working knowledge of online performance tracking and measurement tools

· Proven ability to represent company philosophies and expertise to external parties; including clients and partner agencies

· Experience in growing, managing, and inspiring internal search teams; strong leadership and administrative skills. Fosters an environment that enables action

· Proficient in Google Ads, Bing Ads and third party bidding platforms

· Proficient in Microsoft Office

 

Desired Skills & Experience

· 7+ years of experience in media/search agency, advertising agency, or similar media environment. Experience in a previous SEM role is required. SEO experience is a plus.

· Knowledge of Asana or other project management platforms a plus

· Continued enthusiasm towards the medium and the desire to constantly educate one’s self on the latest information

· Strong interpersonal skills including clear communication skills

· Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy when working with numbers

The salary range for this position is posted below.  Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee’s/applicant’s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
