As the Director, you will set the vision and standards for omnichannel quality assurance and governance. You will encourage and empower teams to achieve outstanding quality levels while encouraging a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. Your responsibilities include supervising quality operations across regions and business divisions, partnering with delivery teams to ensure consistent, compliant, and high-quality omnichannel experiences.

This function requires strong leadership and ability to collaborate across the organisation within business services, PODs, Vendors, IT and regional in-market teams.
