WHAT YOU'LL DO

Drive, not ride. With a dedication to service, our Sales team goes out and executes in the market. That’s how you build relationships.

In this role, you will be accountable for managing sales reports, volume, and revenue/profit growth. You will be a conduit for collaboration between corporate departments and sales leadership team to recognize new avenues to build Brand Equity Growth.

Reports to: Vice President, Sales

Direct Reports: Regional Sales Manager, Field Sales Managers, and Field Sales Specialist

Location: Remote work from home, ideally in Minneapolis, MN or Chicago, IL #LI-Remote

Annual Bonus Potential: 25% - Eligibility is based on the company hitting annual financial targets.

Base Salary: $110,000 - $156,000 (depending on experience)

Note: This range is a regional average, but compensation will be reviewed based on geographical location depending on where applicant will be working. New hires typically receive between minimum and midpoint, however, we may go slightly higher based on experience, internal equity and market.

Plus, a stipend to cover your time on the road.

  • Responsible for achieving the annual volume and profitability targets established for assigned Zone of all TRBC products

  • Responsible for the successful management of the distributor network in order to meet the set objectives for the market and help meet the overall business plans and strategies for the Company.

  • Accountable for calling on and managing set key retail chain accounts in the assigned market. Set-up, manage, track, & execute all retail programming to include TPR’s, POG’s, and displays. Work directly with distributor to ensure all programming is executed to TRBC standards.

  • Responsible for the management and benchmarking of the assigned Sales Team and their monthly and annual sales objectives.

  • Responsible for maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market and industry trends, competitors and leading customer strategies.

  • Accountable for managing sales team to develop business plans with existing distributors. 

  • Accountable for day-to-day distributor management that includes all aspects of the sales process including setting objectives, market planning and forecasting, distributor management, budget management, regional chain calls, and management of the assigned Sales team.

  • Responsible for providing quarterly updates, revisions and modifications to the sales plan.

  • Ensure Direct Reports perform monthly analysis of variances for all budget line items.  Correlate analysis to variable budget.

  • Create action plans for cost control, cost avoidance and cost improvements.

  • Continually search for strategies that reduce or eliminate costs and are seamless to the customer.

  • Drive the pursuit of excellence by fairly and consistently holding all team members accountable.

  • Continuously assess succession potential, identifying training opportunities and implementing growth plans.

  • Peer Alignment and Collaboration with monthly team calls.

  • Foster a collaborative culture of trust, accountability, and performance, empowering Rain Makers to reach their potential.

  • Complete other responsibilities as assigned.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 10+ years of Sales experience, with 5 years being beverage specific.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.

  • Experience with industry software preferred; iDIG – VIP, Encompass, Repsly.

  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.

  • Ability to accommodate a flexible schedule, occasionally working evenings and weekends as needed for special assignments.

  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

  • Ability to lift and carry 35 lbs. repetitively, as well as to push and pull up to 100 lbs. regularly.

  • Ability to travel up to 25%, occasionally working evenings and weekends as needed for special assignments.

  • Onsite and Hybrid Rain Makers: Get paid to carpool! Drive to work with another Rain Maker every week at least 2X a week and receive mileage reimbursement.

Please note, eligibility for our full benefits package is based on an average of 30+ hours per week in regular (not temporary) positions.
