We are seeking a highly strategic and data-driven Director of Product to lead our MarTech and Growth infrastructure efforts. This role is responsible for defining, leading and executing a martech/data product strategy that leverages our data assets to drive business outcomes, optimize operational efficiency, and enable personalized experiences for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of martech and associated data products, a collaborative spirit, and a proven track record of delivering impactful data solutions at scale.
This is a hybrid position with on-site expectations in our New York Headquarters or San Francisco/ Bay Area Office, 2-3 days per week depending on location. For candidates outside of a required location, you may be eligible for our relocation assistance program.
The compensation range for this role will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and Flex's internal leveling guidelines and benchmarks. For working locations in NY/NJ/CA, the base salary pay range will be $263,000 - $288,000
