How We Work
We work in a hybrid way, spending at least 3 days a week together in the Tempe or New York office for collaboration, quick decision-making, and relationship-building. Outside of that, we’re flexible, you’ll have space to manage your schedule and focus where you work best.

Reputation Defender is a leading online reputation and digital privacy service within Gen’s portfolio. Founded in 2006, Reputation Defender has helped individuals and teams of executives and small businesses manage, protect, and improve how they appear online through a combination of expert services and technology‑driven solutions.
As part of Gen, Reputation Defender is expanding into the mass market by complementing its established, high‑touch reputation management offerings with scalable, self‑serve, and AI‑enabled product experiences. About the Role
We are seeking a Director of Product Management to drive the next phase of Reputation Defender’s growth as a senior individual contributor. This role owns the product vision, strategy, and execution for Reputation Defender’s consumer and small business executive offerings, with a focus on expanding mass‑market reach while continuing to strengthen core reputation management capabilities. The role is accountable for delivering a market‑leading product experience that blends automation, trust, transparency, and measurable outcomes. This is a highly cross‑functional leadership role, partnering closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations, with no direct people management responsibilities.

The annual base salary for this position is expected to be between $198,700 and $228,500. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for an annual performance-based bonus. Base salary and bonus are components of Gen’s total compensation package, which also includes 401(k) match, health insurance options, disability coverage, life insurance, and unlimited paid time off. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and competencies related to the role.
