Position Summary:
The Director of Operations will lead and integrate the operational activities of Shock Therapy, Upfit UTV, and Geiser—three complementary businesses serving the performance enthusiast and UTV markets. This strategic role oversees manufacturing, service operations, and product fulfillment, ensuring scalable systems and processes that drive growth, efficiency, and quality across a $30M+ portfolio positioned for significant expansion.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on operations leader with a strong background in manufacturing, process improvement, and team development, who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
