As a Director of Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement, you will be responsible for leading the Enterprise Lean Six Sigma (ELSS) transformation across Littelfuse Mexico Operations. Your role will focus on deploying the ELSS roadmap, accelerating measurable performance improvements, and embedding a culture of structured problem solving, waste elimination, and operational discipline across seven manufacturing facilities in Mexico.
Lead deployment of the Littelfuse Enterprise Lean Six Sigma (ELSS) strategy across Mexico operations, aligning with global transformation priorities.
Own and evolve the regional Continuous Improvement roadmap, including kaizen events, value stream transformations, and capability-building initiatives.
Drive measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost, inventory, and productivity using structured Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
Develop internal Lean Six Sigma capability by training, coaching, and certifying CI practitioners while building a strong internal talent pipeline.
Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, HR, and IT to integrate CI initiatives into daily management systems and long-term planning.
Conduct operational diagnostics, benchmarking, and maturity assessments to identify and prioritize high-value improvement opportunities.
Champion change management initiatives to promote accountability, transparency, and a culture of continuous improvement.
Govern CI portfolio prioritization to ensure resources focus on the highest-impact initiatives.
Collaborate with the global ELSS leadership network to standardize best practices and support enterprise-wide initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred (Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field).
Lean and Six Sigma certification required; Master-level certification or equivalent experience preferred.
10+ years of manufacturing, operations, or supply chain leadership experience with a proven record of multi-site CI transformation.
Experience working in multinational environments with the ability to influence across geographies and organizational levels.
Strong analytical, statistical, and structured problem-solving capabilities.
Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change and build high-performing teams.
Executive-level communication skills with strong influence and stakeholder management capability.
Proven ability to drive results in matrixed or decentralized environments.
Year-over-year operational performance improvements across Mexico sites.
Increased Lean Six Sigma certification levels and CI capability maturity.
Sustained adoption of ELSS tools and daily management systems.
High engagement in CI initiatives across all functions.
Strengthened cost competitiveness and operational maturity.
