Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Director to safeguard our core business while driving innovation and growth. This role is critical to maintaining the stability of existing revenue streams, optimizing operational performance, and identifying new opportunities to expand our market presence in Brazil. You will lead strategic initiatives that protect existing programs, diversify revenue streams, and strengthen client relationships, ensuring sustainable growth and market leadership.
Role
Business Protection & Growth:
• Own the strategy and execution to protect existing cardholder benefit programs across all segments and issuers in Brazil.
• Monitor performance metrics and market dynamics to proactively identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Develop and execute growth strategies that enhance the value proposition of our benefits portfolio.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
• Act as the central point of contact between Account teams, Sales, and Product to ensure seamless communication and strategic alignment.
• Translate client needs and market insights into actionable product and commercial strategies.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Revenue Diversification:
• Identify and evaluate new monetization opportunities within the cardholder benefits ecosystem.
• Partner with Product and Commercial teams to design and launch innovative solutions that drive incremental revenue.
• Build business cases and lead go-to-market strategies for new offerings.
Market & Client Engagement:
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in Brazil.
• Represent the company in industry forums and client meetings to advocate for our cardholder benefit strategy.
• Stay abreast of competitive trends, regulatory changes, and consumer behavior to inform strategic decisions.
About You
You are a strategic leader with a proven ability to balance operational excellence and innovation. You bring:
• 10+ years of experience in business strategy, product development, and commercialization.
• Deep expertise in loyalty programs and customer engagement.
• Strong skills in commercialization and revenue growth strategies.
• A track record of building and leveraging relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing at all organizational levels.
• Ability to develop and launch new products and business models successfully.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and execution skills to deliver measurable results.
• You currently live in São Paulo and has availability to attend the office 3-times per week.
• You are able to communicate in English and have an advanced level of the language.
