Inclusive Solutions (IS) has an opportunity for a Director of Business Partner Strategy to join their team. The Director will oversee negotiations and manage internal and external partners aligned to the growth strategies co-created and agreed upon by Inclusive Solutions and Prudential business units. This individual will be responsible for leading activation roadmaps for partners in the business partnership portfolio. That includes leveraging global social and business needs and overall brand and reputation enhancement. This position reports to the Head of Business Integration.

The current employee work arrangement for this position is Hybrid or virtual if not located within a commutable distance. Your manager will provide additional details relative to the specific number of days you are expected to be on-site.

What you can expect:

  • Lead planning and progress sessions with partner(s) and business/function leaders to understand and define strategies and goals.

  • Oversee annual planning to align external/internal goals and initiatives to a comprehensive calendar.

  • Conduct partner evaluation.

  • Develop comprehensive short & long-term partnerships plans and activation roadmaps aligned to brand purpose and vision.

  • Work closely with Philanthropy portfolio leads, purpose comms, brand & advertising and external affairs to identify and deliver partnerships benefits.

  • Oversee purpose-driven partnerships, events, and marketing & communications plans in support of the businesses and functions.

  • Indirectly manage shared activation resources and cross functional teams.

  • Monitor, track and report on performance, results/learnings, data insights, etc.

  • Manage corporate contribution budget.

What you’ll need:

  • 10+ years of relevant work experience.

  • Ability to “connect the dots” and work across teams to improve value stream.

  • Proven relationship building and influencing skills.

  • Portfolio/program management experience

  • Experienced Change agent with ability to lead/influence change across multiple stakeholder levels.

  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.

  • Excellent written and oral communications skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across a diverse range of internal and external partners.

  • Cultural awareness and strong interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of business acumen.

What we offer you:

Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $152,500.00 to $206,200.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
