Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for managing the benefits function of a mid-sized, complex enterprise. The role drives innovation by staying attuned to market trends and regulatory shifts, while also overseeing a capable team responsible for effective program delivery. The role provides expertise in compensation, maintains active partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring robust compliance and impactful financial management.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and leads planning, design, implementation, communication, and delivery of benefits function.
  • Works closely with the VP, Global Benefits & Employee Mobility and the Total Rewards team to understand and strategize on building the total rewards strategy and framework for the business.
  • Develops and implements approaches to ensure that company stays abreast of market developments, regulatory changes and innovations in the design and delivery of benefits programs.
  • Contributes to the overall strategic definition of the compensation and benefits function with strong business acumen.
  • Leads a team of managers and senior individual contributors for a business function and/or region by setting overall program initiatives, allocating financial and human capital.
  • Exercises governance oversight in one or more areas (e.g., key policy decisions, requisition approval, resolution of high-impact disputes) to drives strategies and initiatives.
  • Manages the design and implementation of benefits programs and practices with a broad impact on the workforce.
  • Updates and maintains comprehensive knowledge and application of best practices in a large-scale organization.
  • Ensures active partnering with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders consisting of consultant experts and vendors on a regular basis.
  • Owns the design, administration, and monitoring of the company's significant financial responsibilities while ensuring compliance to policies.

Education & Experience Recommended

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Finance, Business, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically has 12+ years of job-related and/or management experience, preferably in compensation management and administration, employee benefits and rewards, finance, or a related field.

The pay range for this role is $166,050 to $265,700 USD annually with additional
opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United
States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related
knowledge, skills, and experience.
