Job Description:
Responsibilities
The role will lead the team and overseeing all operational service support, including underwriting, policy administration, claims and product enquiries for MCI Brokers and Agency channels.
Control and Monitoring
Establish and maintain robust controls to ensure sufficient information and documentation are obtained from clients for case management and review, from onboarding through to in-force policy management. Ensure all underwriting and client due diligence requirements are met.
Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with the sales channel to facilitate business operations, support product and proposition development, and deliver training and workshops as needed.
Process Improvement and Transformation
Identify and implement process streamlining, digitalization, and service improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Regulatory compliance
Ensure all operational processes comply with the latest regulations and laws by keeping operation manuals and guidelines up to date
Performance Monitoring
Monitor all key performance indicators (KPIs) and key risk indicators (KRIs), ensuring turnaround time (TAT) are met and enabling senior management to track progress across all key operational aspects of the business.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, insurance or related discipline
10 years or above relevant case management work
Extensive experience in managing Jumbo case and MCI business case
Strong expertise in anti-money laundering (AML) practices, jumbo case management, and supporting sales channel
Comprehensive understanding of insurance law and compliance matters
Proficient in spoken and written English, with fluency in Mandarin
Proficient expertise in MCV business is preferred
