At Lightspeed, we’re looking for Director, Marketing Operations who serves as a strategic and operational partner to the Marketing Leadership Team (MLT), reporting directly to the VP of Growth. This role drives organizational excellence across Lightspeed’s global marketing function by leading annual planning, transformation programs, financial operations, and leadership operations. The ideal candidate combines strategic planning acumen with deep operational rigor and people leadership experience. They are passionate about connecting strategy to execution — ensuring that the Marketing organization operates efficiently, delivers on business outcomes, and fosters a culture of clarity, accountability, and collaboration across all regions and functions.
