Investment Operations & Forecasting is a global discipline within the Investment function, focused on building and scaling the processes, governance, and operational infrastructure that power accurate, standardized, and actionable investment forecasting and reporting across our agencies and markets.
The Data Operations team owns the integrity, structure, and accessibility of the data that underpins investment forecasting, reporting, and our agency’s strategic commercial decision-making. This includes master data governance, data harmonization, database design and querying, system connectivity, and the development of scalable visualization and reporting solutions.
The Director, Investment Data Operations & Visualization will lead the design, development, and evolution of enterprise-level dashboards and data visualization products across the Omnicom global portfolio of agencies. This role is responsible for transforming complex investment and operational datasets into intuitive, dynamic, and actionable visual experiences that drive clarity, enable real-time decision-making, and support strategic growth.
In addition to overseeing visualization strategy and execution, this role will identify and integrate new internal and external data sources to enrich insights, improve contextual intelligence, and elevate the analytical depth of our reporting. The Director will also champion the integration of AI-driven capabilities into dashboards and reporting tools to surface trends, anomalies, predictive insights, and decision prompts in real time.
This role will work closely with Investment Enablement, Marketplace Strategy, Finance, Strategic Partnerships, Product, and regional teams to ensure that data visualization outputs align with business needs and drive measurable impact. The goal of this role is to create a scalable, intelligent, and future-ready data ecosystem that enhances transparency, strengthens governance, and turns investment data into a competitive advantage for the organization.

The salary range for this position is posted below.
