THE TEAM

The mission of the Inventory Management Department is to support enabling a curated merchandise assortment and seamless boutique environment to create exceptional shopping experiences.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing, and our Inventory Management team in Retail is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible curating merchandise assortments and strategically presenting our product to inspire our clients. You will play a pivotal role in educating Inventory teams across a district of boutiques on the movement of merchandise into and out of boutiques while contributing to seamless operations in the business. THE ROLE

As the Director, Inventory Management you will:

  • Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience
  • Define the Inventory Management approach for your district
  • Efficiently and accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments to and from the DC, boutique to boutique, and our clients
  • Strategically place product in the back room
  • Uphold the standards of product display
  • Enable seamlessly integrated cross-channel shopping experiences
  • Support in the seamless operations of all aspects of the boutique space

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Director, Inventory Management has:

  • Proven and best-in-class skills, applicable certifications, education and/or experience in Inventory Management
  • A commitment to learn, apply, champion and enrich Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
  • The skills to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes
  • The ability to set clear objectives and design a strategy that inspires the team

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $100,000 - $175,000 USD per year. 

We are always looking for top talent - if your qualifications differ from those listed above, the scope of work and final agreed upon $100,000 - $175,000 USD may be adjusted to reflect your individual qualifications.
