Director role within the Financial Institutions Advisory Team. As part of his role he will provide a comprehensive range of strategic and financial advisory services in relation to sell-and buy-side transactions to Financial Institutions Clients including but not limited to mergers and acquisitions, public offers, take-over assistance, management buy outs, private placements and fairness opinions. He will be involved in both origination and execution of corporate finance transactions with Financial Institutions Clients.
