The Opportunity:
The Director, High Potential Leadership Programs leads the design, development, and delivery of Elevate@CACI, the enterprise’s high-potential leadership acceleration portfolio serving three distinct talent segments: identified successors for critical enterprise roles (Enterprise), high-potential mid-level leaders (Connection), and emerging leaders (NextGen).
The Director shapes Elevate@CACI as a differentiated, high-impact portfolio of cohort-based experiences that integrate vertical development, 360 assessments, executive engagement, leadership coaching, and enterprise stretch assignments.
The portfolio accelerates successor readiness, prepares high-potential leaders for expanded scope, increasing levels of complexity, and influence, and builds a robust pipeline of emerging talent equipped to step into future leadership roles.

Pay Range:
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
