Job Description Summary:
The Director, Financial Planning and Analysis – Topline plays a pivotal role in elevating the analytical rigor, strategic insight, and operational discipline behind our topline performance. You’ll will partner closely with Operating Units, commercial leaders, revenue growth management teams, franchise partners, and cross-functional colleagues to inform decisions that influence sales volume, concentrate shipments, pricing, mix, and revenue growth algorithms. This role bridges commercial strategy with financial execution, ensuring the business has a forward-looking, data-driven understanding of opportunities and risks across markets.

What You’ll Do for Us
Lead financial planning and analysis activities related to topline performance, including unit case sales forecasting, concentrate shipments, revenue drivers, pricing, incidence, and non-marketing deductions.
Drive the monthly close and flash/rolling estimate cycles, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across Greater China & Mongolia.
Deliver deep analysis of topline trends, identifying the drivers of performance and translating complex commercial data into clear recommendations for senior leadership.
Partner with Operating Unit finance teams to harmonize topline assumptions, strengthen forecasting capabilities, and support consistent performance storytelling across markets.
Collaborate with revenue growth management and commercial teams to assess pricing actions, promotional strategies, category dynamics, and customer-level performance.
Steward the end-to-end topline planning process, ensuring alignment with business priorities, strategic goals, and annual business planning frameworks.
Build strong, trust-based relationships with cross-functional stakeholders including Commercial, Strategy, Franchise Leadership, Supply Chain, Insights, and Marketing.
Shape and challenge business assumptions using data-led insights, scenario modeling, and financial simulations to inform strategic choices across the Greater China & Mongolia portfolio.
Apply digital tools, automated forecasting models, dashboards, and AI-enabled analytics to elevate rigor, speed, and accuracy across topline planning processes.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve forecast quality, enhance data governance, and strengthen the accuracy of topline reporting.
Serve as a key voice in cross-market discussions, offering objective, evidence-based recommendations that enhance performance visibility and unlock growth opportunities.
Support transformation initiatives that modernize FP&A capabilities, helping build an agile, future-ready finance function aligned with Coca-Cola’s enterprise strategy.
Uphold strong operational discipline, ensuring adherence to financial policies, internal controls, and compliance expectations across the topline planning lifecycle.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
7-10+ years of financial planning and analysis experience, with exposure to topline, revenue growth management, or commercial finance in a global or multinational context.
Strong expertise in topline financial concepts, including unit case volume analysis, pricing, revenue mix, incidence economics, and concentration-based business models.
Ability to interpret complex commercial and financial datasets, create insights-driven narratives, and communicate recommendations to senior leaders.
Demonstrated business acumen and the ability to connect financial performance with commercial strategy and marketplace realities.
Advanced analytical and modeling skills, including scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and financial simulations that support strategic decision-making.
Strong digital fluency, including proficiency in enterprise planning tools (such as SAP or similar), advanced Excel, data visualization platforms, and AI-supported analytics environments.
Experience working in fast-paced, matrixed environments with the ability to influence without authority and build strong relationships across diverse teams.
Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity and create compelling storytelling that brings insights to life.
Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively across markets, functions, time zones, and cultural contexts.
Demonstrated capability in stakeholder management, systems thinking, and operational excellence — ensuring insights drive action and impact.
