This role drives Intel's objectives by leading a global supply chain team to delight Intel customers by ensuring seamless product delivery through agile planning and rapid, strategic, cross-functional collaboration. You will inspire excellence, model company values, while ensuring high customer satisfaction directly impacting our ability to meet customer demand and secure market leadership.

As the heartbeat of customer product delivery, you will spearhead the supply chain planning process, by understanding customer demand, doing forecast analysis and transforming complex demand signals into tangible on-time deliveries. The mission of this job is to reliably and predictably fulfill customer orders through competitive cycle time, quick response to demand / order changes, and accurate delivery schedule with agile production planning. You are driving the rapid, competitive responses needed to win in the market. You will drive operational excellence and revenue objectives by collaborating with external customers, developing an understanding of customer roadmaps, new tape-outs and high-volume production needs, work with internal business units, sales, marketing, and manufacturing (fabs) while mentoring team members and fostering a high-performance, compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Collaborate with customers to understand forecast accuracy, analyze and expedite delivery, develop and implement plans, and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Operational Agility: Streamline supply chain processes resolving system gaps to optimize cycle times and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Communication & Analysis: Provide regular, data-driven updates to senior leadership regarding supply risks, opportunities, and inventory health to influence business decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with customers, internal product groups, sales, and manufacturing fabs to align on goals, driving rapid, competitive responses to market changes.
  • Team Development: Lead, inspire, and manage performance for a global planning team, role-modeling company values.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of relevant experience in supply chain planning with a Bachelor's degree, 8+ years with a Master's degree, or 6+ years with a PhD.
  • Demonstrated expertise in supply chain operations, planning, and strategy development.
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration and business performance management.
  • Ability to lead and develop effective teams in a complex, global environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with a proven track record of inspiring and empowering teams.
  • Experience in driving results across boundaries and influencing senior leadership decisions.
  • Exceptional business acumen and ability to navigate complex operational challenges.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $180,140.00-254,320.00 USD

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Work Model for this Role
