Your Opportunity, Your Team
- The Director, Global Regulatory Compliance leads QVC Group's global product safety and regulatory compliance strategy across all brands and markets, ensuring customer health and safety, regulatory adherence, and effective risk management. In this role you will be reporting to the VP, Global Inbound Logistics.

- This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at our corporate office in West Chester, PA several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: PA, NJ, DE
What You'll Do
- Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of global regulatory compliance and product safety programs across all markets and channels.
- Establish scalable, risk‑based compliance frameworks that adapt to evolving business models and sales channels (e.g., social, marketplace, resale).
- Design, implement, and govern world‑class regulatory compliance policies, procedures, and standards, including product testing, incident management, and recall processes.
- Serve as the primary regulatory compliance subject‑matter expert, advising senior leadership and boards on product safety, consumer protection risk, and emerging regulations.
- Own senior‑level engagement with global regulatory authorities (e.g., CPSC and other market regulators), including formal submissions, e‑filing requirements, and ongoing reporting obligations.
- Direct global management of product safety incidents, including customer incident tracking, investigations, corrective actions, and execution of product recalls where required.
- Partner with Merchandising, Legal, Supply Chain, QA, IT, and factory management to embed compliance standards into vendor onboarding, product creation, systems, and operational processes.
- Lead preparation for and response to internal audits, external reviews, and any civil penalty or enforcement actions, driving remediation and sustainable program improvements.
- Champion the use of data, technology, and AI to enhance hazard identification, trend analysis, and regulatory insight, ensuring robust data capture, storage, and reporting.
- Build, lead, and develop a high‑performing global team and drive a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement in compliance and product safety.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, science, quality, supply chain, or related technical discipline).
- Minimum 5 years in quality management, product compliance, product development, manufacturing/design engineering, or quality engineering within a comparable consumer products environment.
- Minimum 2 years managing a consumer product safety and regulatory compliance program within a retail, brand, or consumer products organization; 5+ years preferred.
- Deep knowledge of consumer product safety and regulatory frameworks (e.g., CPSC, FTC, FDA, Prop 65, REACH and comparable international regulations).
- Proven experience developing and implementing global compliance policies, standards, and risk‑based frameworks, including recall and incident management programs.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret complex technical and legislative documents and translate them into clear operational requirements for cross‑functional teams.
- Strong analytical, data mining, and reporting skills, with high attention to detail and the ability to define problems, collect data, and draw sound conclusions.
- Excellent influencing, communication, and presentation skills, with experience engaging senior executives, boards, vendors, and regulators.
- Proven success leading cross‑functional, global teams and driving consistent standards across different cultures, markets, and brands.
- Preferred: Professional certifications in quality, compliance, or process improvement (e.g., CMQ/OE, Six Sigma) and experience with factory compliance, auditing, and corrective action programs.
