US, California, Santa Clara Full time

Job Details:

Job Description:

This role drives Intel’s objectives by leading a global supply chain organization to deliver predictable, high‑quality product delivery through end‑to‑end demand planning, capacity management, pricing strategy, and external partner coordination. As the operational heartbeat of customer delivery, this leader translates complex demand, roadmap, and manufacturing signals into reliable, on‑time execution across fabs, assembly, test, and suppliers.

You will operate at the intersection of customers, foundry operations, manufacturing partners, and executive leadership—owning forecast accuracy, supply assurance, cycle‑time optimization, and revenue protection across high‑volume and advanced technology products.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Demand & Capacity Planning

  • Lead long‑range (3–5 year) and short‑range demand forecasting, translating customer roadmaps, tape‑outs, and ramps into executable supply plans.
  • Own capacity planning, scenario modeling, and risk mitigation strategies across fab, assembly, test, and substrate ecosystems.
  • Drive forecast accuracy, supply assurance, and order fulfillment for complex, multi‑node product portfolios.

External Partner & Customer Engagement

  • Serve as a senior interface to external customers, foundry partners, OSATs, substrate suppliers, and ecosystem partners.
  • Negotiate and manage commercial constructs including pricing, NREs, capacity commitments, and long‑term supply agreements.
  • Lead cross‑company resolution of shortages, cycle‑time excursions, and execution gaps impacting customer delivery.

Operational Excellence & Execution

  • Drive cycle‑time reduction initiatives across front‑end and back‑end operations.
  • Lead product ramps, technology transfers, and volume transitions across global manufacturing sites.
  • Establish scalable operating rhythms, KPIs, and dashboards to ensure predictable execution.

Financial & Business Leadership

  • Own inventory health, cost modeling, margin protection, and revenue enablement in partnership with finance and sales.
  • Develop business cases, ROI analyses, and capacity investment recommendations for executive leadership.
  • Provide clear, data‑driven executive updates on supply risk, upside, and mitigation plans.

Global Team Leadership

  • Lead and develop globally distributed planning, operations, and supply chain teams.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and disciplined execution in a high‑velocity environment.

What You Bring

  • Proven ability to lead complex, global supply chains across design, manufacturing, assembly, and test.
  • Strong customer‑facing leadership presence, with experience influencing outcomes across company boundaries.
  • Deep operational judgment to navigate ambiguity, shortages, and competing priorities.
  • Ability to translate technical and operational complexity into business outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in supply chain operations, planning, manufacturing, or product operations.
  • Demonstrated leadership across forecasting, capacity planning, pricing, and supply assurance.
  • Experience driving cross‑functional execution across engineering, operations, finance, and sales.
  • Track record of owning execution for high‑volume, advanced technology products.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Foundry, semiconductor manufacturing, or advanced technology supply chain experience.
  • Experience managing external manufacturing partners, OSATs, and strategic suppliers.
  • Background in pricing strategy, NRE negotiations, and commercial deal structures.
  • Experience supporting product ramps, node transitions, and new technology introductions.
  • Ability to operate effectively with executive stakeholders and Tier‑1 customers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Advanced degree (MBA or MS) preferred.
  • 12+ years (BS), 8+ years (MS), or 6+ years (PhD) of relevant experience.
