Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects and initiatives that support the Finance organization’s strategic goals. This role focuses on driving process improvements, optimizing financial systems, and ensuring successful delivery of projects related to budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and compliance. The director collaborates with finance leaders and cross-functional teams, manages program timelines and budgets, and ensures alignment with organizational priorities. Strong leadership, program management skills, change management, and financial acumen are essential for success in this role.
What You Will Be Doing
- Project Actions: Leads the PMO.
- Product Actions: Accountable for PMO strategy & CI.
- Project Artifacts: Lead stakeholder for project and program artifacts.
- Project Governance: Implements Governance infrastructure and strong enterprise relationships.
- Project Life Cycle: Establishes CI culture to improve systems, processes and tools in product development.

- Risk Management: Identifies, assesses, and mitigates risks across programs and portfolio.
Develops risk strategies to address uncertainties and minimize negative impacts on organizational goals. - Analytical Thinking and Decision-Making: Uses data, metrics, and KPIs to assess portfolio performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions. Solves complex problems and balances short-term needs with long-term strategic goals.
- Financial and Resource Management: Manages budgets, financial forecasting, and resource allocation across the portfolio. Ensures cost efficiency and delivers maximum return on investment (ROI) for the organization.
- Program Governance and Oversight: Establishes governance frameworks to ensure accountability, decision-making, and program performance tracking. Monitors compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Change Management: Champions organizational change initiatives and ensures smooth transitions during portfolio execution. Addresses resistance to change and fosters adoption of new processes or solutions.
- Portfolio and Program Integration: Manages interdependencies among programs and projects to ensure coordinated delivery of benefits. Balances resources and priorities across the portfolio to optimize performance.
