As we continue to scale and innovate, we are seeking an exceptional Director of Finance to join our Corporate Finance organization.

This role is ideal for a strong financial leader with deep experience in M&A, technical accounting, and cross‑functional project execution within a fast‑growing AI‑driven SaaS environment.

This is a high‑impact role that partners closely with Corporate Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Internal Controls, Legal, Corporate Development, and senior leadership.

 

How will you make an impact?

Mergers & Acquisitions

• • Lead the finance workstream across the full M&A lifecycle: due diligence, purchase accounting, integration, and post‑acquisition financial governance
  • Partner with Corporate Development and Legal on deal structuring, financial modeling, and key accounting implications
  • Drive post‑merger integration activities including process alignment, systems integration, and reporting consolidation
  • Assess synergies, risks, and operational impacts of acquisition targets

 

Corporate Accounting & Technical Projects

• • Lead complex accounting initiatives, including new accounting standards, system implementations, policy enhancements, and audit‑related requests
  • Support SOX‑related activities, internal control enhancements, and automation initiatives
  • Oversee ad hoc strategic accounting analyses across global entities
  • Partner with IT on process automation and improvements leveraging Workday Financials ,AI‑based analytics and supplemental systems
  • Present financial insights, risks, and recommendations to executive leadership

 

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

• • Work with business leaders to support financial governance, operational alignment, and data integrity
  • Support strategic initiatives and AI‑enabled transformation projects across the company

 

Have you got what it takes?

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
• 8+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, accounting, or transaction services—preferably within a SaaS or technology environment
• Hands‑on M&A experience, including due diligence, purchase accounting, and post‑merger integration
• Proven experience managing teams within a global, complex organization
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, consolidation, technical accounting, and financial reporting
• Experience with Workday; familiarity with NetSuite considered a strong advantage
• Ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and work effectively with executive stakeholders
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience working with or leveraging AI‑driven finance tools, analytics, or automation (a strong plus)
