How will you make an impact?
At Thermo Fisher Scientific, we enable our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. As Director of Facility Management, Engineering and EHS, you will lead a critical part of this mission—overseeing all site-level functions including Facility Management, CAPEX management, Engineering and Environmental aspects, health and Safety. This role is key to delivering reliable, high-quality, and compliant services to our internal and external clients around the world.
What will you do?
You will collaborate with leaders across Client Services, Operations, Quality Assurance, Engineering, Facilities, EHS, Planning, PPI, IT, and HR, as well as the Site General Manager, to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans. Together, we will ensure operational performance aligns with both internal business goals and evolving customer expectations.
Drive team performance by completing sales and operational plans, representing building operations, technical services, and environmental health and safety, and emphasizing the impact of contributions on business and customer happiness.
