  • Embed cybersecurity, privacy, compliance, and business continuity requirements into all integration and data solutions, applying security-by-design principles and internal control standards.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and observability frameworks to proactively manage performance, incidents, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with business leaders to translate strategic priorities into scalable technical solutions that enable automation, improve data accuracy, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Lead integration efforts supporting enterprise initiatives, including system implementations, acquisitions, dispositions, and digital transformation programs, ensuring seamless system connectivity and data migration.
  • Oversee integration platforms, cloud services, and vendor relationships, including budget management and cost optimization.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in integration, engineering, or enterprise systems roles.
  • Minimum 7 years of supervisory experience, demonstrating successful management of a large team utilizing motivation, mentorship, and coaching skills.
  • Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Hands-on knowledge of integration platforms, APIs, middleware, and cloud technologies.
  • Experience supporting complex, multi-system enterprise environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong facilitation skills and a proven ability to partner with business stakeholders across all functional areas.
  • Ability to work well with others and develop cooperative working relationships in a collaborative team environment, including leading and coaching senior and junior team members.
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills, and ability to deal with multiple changing priorities.
