The Director of Demand Planning will lead the development and execution of global forecasting processes to ensure accurate visibility into future demand. This role requires close collaboration with sales, supply chain, finance, and operations teams to integrate insights and drive alignment across the business. As a key contributor to the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, the Director will balance demand and supply while supporting financial and operational objectives. The position is responsible for ensuring demand planning strategies are aligned with overall business goals to enable growth, efficiency, and long-term success

How you will make contributions that matter...

  • Drive the creation and execution of global demand forecasting processes to ensure accuracy and consistency across markets.

  • Collaborate with sales, supply chain, finance, and operations to integrate insights and align demand planning with business priorities.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of multiple direct reports, fostering professional growth, building succession pipelines, and ensuring high engagement and performance across the supply planning function.

  • Serve as a key contributor to the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, balancing demand and supply to support financial and operational goals.

  • Partner with leadership to ensure demand planning strategies are aligned with overall business objectives and long-term growth for our Division.

  • Provide guidance and oversight on forecasting methodologies, tools and best practices to continuously improve planning capabilities.

  • Develop and deliver clear reporting and analysis highlighting risks, opportunities and recommendations for actions.

  • Champion cross-functional communication and collaboration to enhance decision making and efficiencies across the business unit.

  • Act as a strategic member of the supply chain leadership team, influencing direction, challenging the status quo and contributing to initiatives across the division.

You are best suited for the role if you have the following experience, skills, and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

  • Proven expertise in global forecasting processes and Integrated Business Planning (IBP).

  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams including sales, finance, operations, and supply chain.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop a team of demand planners.

  • Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in demand planning tools, ERP systems (SAP preferred), and data visualization platforms.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.

  • Track record of aligning demand planning strategies with overall business objectives to drive growth and efficiency

Salary Range: 126,510- $165,500
Salary offers will vary commensurate with experience, education, skills, and training.
