What You Will Do:
The role responsible for driving consistent, high-quality delivery across technology engagements while embedding operational excellence practices throughout the organization. This leader will define frameworks, implement governance, and champion continuous improvement to ensure projects meet client expectations, regulatory standards, and profitability targets
Oversee end-to-end delivery of technology projects and programs, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and quality benchmarks.
Establish and enforce standardized delivery frameworks, playbooks, and KPIs across all engagements.
Partner with solution architects, project managers, and capability leads to optimize delivery models and resource allocation.
Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and knowledge sharing across delivery teams. Mentor and develop delivery managers, Scrum Masters, and QA leads.
Define QA processes and embed quality gates throughout the delivery lifecycle. Proactively identify delivery risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO, CMMI, NIST) and client-specific regulatory requirements. Implement AI-enabled tools for predictive analytics, risk management, and automated compliance monitoring.
Design and implement operational excellence strategies leveraging Lean and agile methods Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce delivery risk, and improve margins. Monitor utilization, capacity planning, and skills alignment to meet forecasted demand.
What You Will Need:
Bachelor’s degree in technology, Engineering, or Business (Master’s preferred).
20+ years of experience in leading large-scale projects at a major technology / consulting company. 12+ years in technology consulting or professional services, with at least 5 years in a delivery leadership role.
Proven track record in operational excellence and large-scale program delivery.
Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, DevOps, PMP).
Strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.
Financial acumen for managing P&L and margin improvement.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
What Would Be Nice to Have:
Prior experience in a global consulting firm or IT services organizations
Strong negotiation and influencing abilities, with the capacity to engage effectively with a variety of senior stakeholders
Extremely driven, energetic, and able to thrive in a result-oriented, entrepreneurial, analytical environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with AI-driven delivery tools and predictive analytics.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and modern delivery models (Pods, BOT).
Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a global, matrixed environment.
