About the role:
Reporting to the AVP of Dealer Operations, the Director Dealer Operations has two main areas of responsibility; leading the back-office teams who handle administrative tasks and leading the training team who support the knowledge and training needs of Dealer employees as well as our financial advisors and field leaders.
Working with a cohort of 2,000+ Advisors and Field Leaders across Canada, the Director Dealer Operations will build strong relationships with all key players. Informed by good data collection on the day to day errors and friction points of the operation, the Director will build a feedback mechanism allowing to help continuously improve how our employees perform their tasks and how advisors manage their business.

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors. In addition to Base Pay, eligible Sun Life employees participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance. Certain sales focused roles have sales incentive plans based on individual or group sales results.
