The Director, Data & Decision Management is accountable for the decision management and data strategy of the Global Operations Strategy data platform, with the objective of ensuring the Global Operations Strategy team is driving and enabling the enterprise and business to achieve their strategic priorities, ambitions and goals. Drive, evolve and innovate data analytics and strategy to develop new insights and opportunities in Global Operations to meet the Business Ambitions
Accountable for the data architecture, design and reporting functions
Implement new data tools to drive the strategy of digitizing and democratizing data
Optimize data analytics innovation and development by leading and aligning with enterprise technology, data & analytics and finance
Ensure data integrity and be responsible for the E2E reconciliation of data pertaining the Global Ops platform as well as linkages to other enterprise data systems & tools
Position Responsibilities:
Data and Analytics Strategy
Lead and develop the data and analytics strategy and benchmarks for Global Operations
Transform the data function of Global Ops by anticipating and aligning with the changing needs
Lead the integration of data & analytics strategy & transformation for Global Ops with other enterprise teams
Proactively assess, analyze and recommend driving and continuously innovate all aspects of data, reporting and analytics for Global Ops – including leveraging new technology, redesigning and maintaining data-related assets and tools
Be known as a subject matter expert in the data and analytics area
Analytics & Insight
Development of KPIs, metrics and measures of success that align back to Global Ops strategy and objectives and enable ongoing management of the operating model.
Establish benchmarks and provide insights to performance management
Use data to build a fact base to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of operations and procurement operating model to drive and support opportunities with insightful analytics
Performance Management & Reporting
Responsible for ensuring data capture, assessing the use of and effectiveness of measures of success for Global Operations Strategy
Align performance management tracking and reporting with other key stakeholders, including finance and FP&A
Manage all Global Operations reporting and ensure measures of success are up to date and accurate
Lead and champion the implementation of appropriate tools and initiatives
Work closely with the Finance and Risk management team to ensure alignment and integration with financial and risk management reporting as required
Data Architecture & Governance
Accountable for the development of Global Ops data architecture and design of reporting capabilities
Implement and manage data and analytics COE for Global Ops
Develop and implement guiding principles, design architecture and delivery best practices
Be an active member of the Data and Analytics community, and ensure both adoption of enterprise standards and proactively contribute as a subject matter expert
Innovation, Collaboration & Execution Excellence
Lead by example through strong leadership and take accountability to move things forward
Be a champion of collaboration, by proactively reaching out and working with relevant stakeholders to mobilize teams and bring all partners together through open dialogues to drive towards a common goal/approach
Drive innovation and execution excellence in the thinking, approach and delivery, create a safe environment for continuous learning and manage with a risk mindset
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of progressive business experience in Data, Analytics and Reporting
University degree in a quantitative-based field (e.g. Statistics, Science, Engineering, Computer Science)
Strong technology knowledge and mastery of data architecture and analysis methodologies
Expert knowledge on visualization tools available
Solid analytical skills

Salary range is expected to be between
